This extensive study was compiled from interviews with 166 donors of color in the greater New York region during 2002 and 2003. In addition to documenting their financial giving and volunteer time, the study also provides information about donor's motivation and intentions for giving, decision-making processes, and suggestions for ways organizations could more effectively partner with them to achieve their mutual goals.
