Grantmakers in the Arts offers a wealth of resources and information to support and inform the field of arts philanthropy, including research, webinars, podcasts, videos, and articles in our Library.
Since 1993, GIA has published research summarizing the distribution of philanthropic dollars from public and private arts funders in the United States. This annual research is available on our Arts Funding Trends page. GIA also conducts periodic research on issues and practices related to arts philanthropy, which are published in our online Library.
GIA’s webinars are designed for both emerging and experienced grantmakers with information and discussions that inform their day-to-day practices. These programs are free to members and available at a minimal charge to nonmembers. Learn more about GIA Webinars.
The GIA Podcast features interviews with leaders in arts philanthropy and the cultural community. These short podcasts are designed to easily fit into a busy schedule and offer concise sector insights for grantmakers.
Videos of plenary events from past GIA Conferences, as well as other past GIA forums, are available on GIA’s YouTube channel.
The GIA Library is an information hub that includes articles, research reports, and other materials covering a wide variety of topics relevant to the arts and arts funding. These resources are made available free to members and non-members of GIA.
