We Are Grateful for the Gifts of Artists
In this time of reflection and thanksgiving, the staff and board of Grantmakers in the Arts recommit ourselves to artists and arts organizations who are dedicated to truth and beauty. We are grateful to live in a country where artists have the power to speak, to rise up, to comfort, to entertain, to criticize, to educate, and to create change.

GIA will continue to champion racial equity in arts philanthropy, arts education for all children and adults, financial health for organizations, support for individual artists, and much more.

We live in a time when artists, from renowned professionals to undiscovered novices, have the ability and technology to bring communities together for peace and for righteousness.

GIA is grateful to our members whose passions and philanthropic dollars are seeding democracy through the arts. Let us always support those individuals who remind us consistently of the beauty and the potential of the human family. We are grateful for the gifts of artists.

With thanks,
Autumn Greetings
