COVID-19 Protocols

As GIA prepares to host the 2022 annual conference in, there are a few points we’d like you to join us in considering:

Grantmakers in the Arts is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment throughout our annual conference for all participants, the GIA team, and the host city. As such, our COVID-19 protocols are guided by the requirements and recommendations of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and we continue to monitor state and local health mandates and regulations.

COVID-19 Requirements

All conference attendees, staff, speakers, volunteers, and other team members must adhere to and abide by the following safety precautions* to protect against the spread of COVID-19 and prioritize the safety of each other.

*All GIA COVID-19 Policies are subject to change. Should changes be made, a notification will be sent to all registered attendees and updated on the conference website.

**We desire for all attendees to feel comfortable while attending the GIA Annual Conference, including those who are unable to receive a COVID-19 vaccine. If you require additional accommodations because of this, please reach out to us at gia@giarts.org prior to arriving at the conference. We commit to doing everything within our abilities to ensure that all accommodations are considered.

Proof of Vaccine Process

All attendees must use the Bindle app for a safe and fast way to upload their COVID-19 vaccine information.
